It has been 5 years since Corpus Christi Spook Central has been back to the Berclair Mansion but on Friday April 13th 2012 we are going back and you can join us too for our Wildly Popular Ghost Tours! We just don't walk you around the outside of the Mansion we take you inside and allow you to explore the haunted history of this 22-room, 10,000-square-foot constructed of steel and concrete that is the Berclair Mansion!!!! The hardwood floors don't move, but voices and footsteps can be heard by visitors and staff. Hear these chilling tales and more as we explore More of the Berclair Mansions historic grounds, we will be joined by members of Corpus Christi's foremost authority of paranormal investigations, Corpus Christi Spook Central. Corpus Christi Spook Central Has been Featured on Discovery Channel and the Travel Channel!!


Shirley O'Neil, of the art association heard footsteps and voices while alone in the home turning off lights. "I thought someone saw me come in and followed me," O'Neil said. "After I heard them, I went back through the house saying 'Hello, hello, can I help you...?'
"There was dead silence -- no one there."

8:00 pm to 10:00 pm
10:00pm to 12:00am (SOLD OUT)


Tour includes viewing evidence of past investigations and We will be setting up our DVR Systems, IR Camera's and recording devices


The Berclair Mansion is on U.S. Highway 59 in the town of Berclair near Beeville. You are encouraged to register early, as these tours sell out fast. Space is limited to (30) guests per tour so Contact Nancy O'Neil at 361-362-5823 for details or to make a reservation $20/person and reservations are required.. No cameras or video equipment will be allowed, but you may bring a flashlight and/or voice recorder if you like. No one under 14 will be admitted. All proceeds will go to the continued upkeep and restoration of the Berclair Mansion.
